EMDR and Fear

This may be one of the more scarier things to face in your life, but well worth the reward. Have you always been afraid of mice, snakes, airplane travel or public speaking? For common (or not so common) fears, EMDR is very effective at helping you move past even your most challenging fear and phobias. This process will ask you to "face your fear" in an imaginative way that you are able to control. In this way, you will be able to desensitize yourself, face your fear and develop a whole new narrative about life. This is very much fun because after you will be able to immediately test the work. Look at a picture of a snake - or go touch one! You will be surprised at your new abilities.
