Electronic counseling can be offered with a counselor remotely using the internet through Skype. Some people benefit from e-counseling if they are uncomfortable in a traditional office setting. Others may benefit if they live in a rural area, if they have physical limitations or have trouble making it to the office during the workday.
Extended Session Counseling
Sometimes one hour is not enough. Our counseling schedule allows for 60, 75, 90 or 120 minute sessions.
Full Day Service
A full day of counseling may be beneficial for a couple or party that needs assistance with a specific conflict. Facilitating conflict between parties can take a lot of work. A full day, or 5-6 hours of counseling services provides ample time for individual sessions for each party and collaborative sessions to allow for effective processing and forward planning.
Other persons or parties may seek a reflective experience for any specific issue like a death in the family, recovering from trauma or relapse or general reflection after any difficult period of time. This time is highly customized to meet the personal needs of the client.
Intensive Therapeutic Experience
Similar to a full day of counseling service, multiple days may be booked to work intensely independently or as a party on a specific issue. This may be work within a family or relationship, a personal journey of healing from trauma or loss, or recovery after a relapse from self-harm or substance abuse. This service can be combined with local yoga, massage or other alternative health care practitioners to create a destination therapeutic retreat.
